Terms of Sale: AI Profits Accelerator Online

What you are buying, what it costs, and what we each agree to. Written to be read.

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Three Wishes Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 11201408, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. We are VAT registered and trade as AI Profits. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company, and "you" means the person who buys. You can reach us at rubi@twocommapr.com.

2. What you are buying

You are buying one place on the first online cohort of AI Profits Accelerator Online. It includes:

Fast-action bonuses. If you place your order and pay in full before 6pm UK time on Saturday 24 October 2026, you also get a 1-2-1 Custom Build with Sabrina and the Build a Personal Brand Skills Pack (six Claude skills). Orders placed after that time do not include them.

3. Price and payment

The founder member price is $1,700 USD, paid once. Or you can pay in three monthly payments of $650 ($1,950 in total). We take the second and third payments one month apart after the first. If a payment is missed, your access is paused until it clears.

Prices exclude VAT. We add VAT at checkout for buyers with a UK billing address. We do not charge VAT for buyers in other countries.

You pay by Stripe, and an invoice is issued to you automatically.

The founder price is for the first online cohort. It does not apply to later cohorts.

4. The Replace-a-Role Guarantee

Our guarantee

"If by Day 3 you don't believe we've helped you build something that replaces a member of staff, you get your money back."

To qualify:

If you qualify, we refund the full amount you have paid, VAT included, to the original payment method within 10 working days. If you are on the payment plan, we refund what you have paid and cancel any payment still to come.

When we refund you, your fast-action bonuses and your access to the recordings end.

The Guarantee is a promise to refund you. It is not a promise of income or of any particular result.

5. Your statutory rights

If you buy as a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days, starting from the day you buy, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To cancel, email rubi@twocommapr.com within those 14 days and tell us which order it is.

If you join the welcome session or any other live session before the 14 days end, you are asking us to start the service early. If you then cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the sessions already delivered, and we refund the rest.

The Guarantee is in addition to this right and, for this cohort, runs longer.

If you buy as a business, the statutory 14-day right does not apply, and the Guarantee is the only refund cover.

6. Attendance, recordings and replacements

We expect you to attend live. We provide recordings within 48 hours of each day, and keep them for the life of the programme. "For life" means for as long as the programme and its recordings library exist.

If a session cannot run on its date, we move it and tell you by email. A guest tutor may deliver part of a day.

7. Case study

By buying at the founder price, you agree that we may ask you for a short written or video case study about what you built. You may say no. Saying no does not affect the Guarantee.

8. Your licence to the materials

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the prompts, skills, playbooks and recordings in your own business. You may not resell them, share them or teach them to others.

The AI PROFITS Member Licence applies to the materials, and each one carries a hidden ownership code so that we can trace a copy that is shared. What you build for your own business is yours.

9. What you need

The costs of any tools are yours. The tools belong to other companies, and we are not responsible if they change their features, prices or terms.

10. No earnings promise

Your results depend on you. The examples and testimonials we show are real, but they are not typical. Nothing here, or in the programme, is financial, legal or tax advice.

11. Conduct

Be respectful on calls and in the community. We may remove anyone who is abusive or who shares the materials. If we do, we will not refund you, other than under the Guarantee if you still qualify for it.

12. Our liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your data. We record the two bonus sessions (the Welcome Call and the Claude AI Masterclass). The three days of the course are live only and are not recorded. A recording may include your name, voice and screen if you speak or share in a bonus session. By attending a bonus session, you consent to being recorded.

14. Changes and law

We may update these terms for future cohorts. We will not change them for your cohort after you buy. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
